The Directors of The Macauley Foundation are Bob and Leila Macauley and their children, Melinda Rice Macauley and Rev. Robert C. Macauley, Jr., M.D.

The Macauleys have been involved in charitable works for over 25 years, having founded AmeriCares Foundation, a disaster and medical relief organization, where they continue to serve as chairman and vice-chairman. 

During his career, Mr. Macauley has served on the boards of numerous corporations and non-profits.  He has been an advisor to National Executive Service Corps, New York Medical College, World Share and Christmas In April.  Mrs. Macauley is the director and treasurer for Friends of Children, a foundation dedicated to the well-being of children around the world.
